Frixos Sakellaris, Civil Engineer, MRICS

He started his career in November of 1999 at the Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications S.A, where he worked in the Department of Building Code and Licensing. In February of 2000 he moved to the construction Department as Resident Project Representative – Quantity Surveyor for the company’s civil work projects, mainly in base stations and buildings, where he was responsible for the monitoring of the projects, supervising civil works, reviewing and approving financial/technical offers, approving contracts and contracts’ payment process, formulating department processes, etc.

In September of 2000 he started on his Master’s in Total Quality Management and Business Administration at the University of Piraeus, in the Department of Business Administration, while he became involved in the designing and application of the quality system, in the Construction Section of Cosmote, under ISO-9002 specifications. At the same time he started his career in valuation, by attending a base training course at the National Bank of Greece.

In July of 2002 he transferred to the Agrogi S.A. company as a resident specialist responsible for the real estate valuation of the estate assets of the Ministry of Agriculture, the designing of the real estate data base, the developing and managing of the process for finding and choosing potential buyers and tenants, the negotiations with potential buyers and tenants, the supporting of the contracts’ department for formulating sales and lending contracts to third parties and the formulating of the specifications for projects and external contractors for carrying out specialised financial and technical studies.

In 2002 he started a series of agreements with various commercial Banks in projects involving upwards of 2000 valuations of real estate. He also cooperated with various law firms in the United States in valuations, conducting valuations on behalf of real estate owners as well as on behalf of companies in the Athens Stock Exchange Market, such as EKO (Oil company), and has run a seminar in the Athens Cultural University on issues of quality assurance. Furthermore, as of September of 2003, he has acted as an expert witness and surveyor for the Athens Court of First Instance on issues of topography, technical mechanics, architecture, road construction and real estate valuations.

In February of 2005 he was placed in charge of the Real Estate Department of Agrogi Supervisor.

Since June of 2005 he is co-owner of Premium Property Operations, a company which provides technical and advisory services in cases of investment, real estate management and sales.

He has attended a multitude of seminars and conferences related to civil engineering and surveyor issues, in his quest for continuously upgrading his knowledge on the latest developments in thermography in which he was certified in the second level of ITC (Infrared Training Center) of England.

Within the context of the need to be certified as a surveyor by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (member since 2009), he completed the required two-year postgraduate program in Property Investment at the College of Estate Management in England.

He is a member of various organizations, associations and chambers such as the Technical Chamber of Greece, the Greek Civil Engineer Association, the Athens Commercial Chamber, the Hellenic (Greek) Management Association, the Hellenic (Greek) Institute of Valuation, the Hellenic (Greek) Society for Non-Destructive Testing, the Hellenic (Greek) Federation of Real Estate Agents (№ 112572), the Contractor of Public Works (2nd degree in Highway Engineering, Building Construction & Industrial-Energy and 1st degree in Hydraulic & Harbours) (№ 30671), the Appraisal Institute (associate member, № 441820), the Nautical Club of Paleon Faleron (Skipper), the Aero Club of Athens (Licensed Private Pilot), etc

Frixos Sakellaris is also the founder of the Greek Green Building Council and core member of RICS Europe Sustainability Task Force.

Iris Gondika, Real Estate Lawyer
Iris is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Athens and holds a post-graduate degree in D.E.S.S. in Corporate and Tax law from the University of Sorbonne- Pantheon I, Paris, France.

During her stay in Paris she worked as a consultant trainee in Ernst & Young in international tax and corporate law as well as international real estate. She also worked as a trainee in the French consulting company JPA-Consulting where she led a comparative study on corporate law issues along with accounting and investment possibilities in various European Union countries.

Following the completion of her post-graduate studies in Paris, she continue her internship in the office of the Legal advisor of the EFG-Eurobank-Ergasias Bank.

In September of 2003, after her admission to the Athens Bar Association, she continued as an outside consultant. She is currently working as a freelancer in real estate, specializing in the areas of development and management of real estate.

Iris is an attorney fully qualified to practice before the Court of Appeals and is fluent in English and French. Her areas of expertise are real estate, agreements and projects as well as corporate, tax and commercial law.

John Demetriou, Architect
John Demetriou is an architect, who graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 1999.

Between 2000 and 2002 he worked in the STADIA INC, company in the Department of architectural studies and, subsequently, in 2002, he worked in FERON INC. construction company, as a supervising engineer in the construction projects of the company. At the same time, since 2004 and until today he worked with the architect, George Kritharis, on the designing and supervision of a number of building projects in the greater Piraeus area.

As a free-lance professional, he worked on the design, supervision and construction of three condominiums in Ano Ilissia of the ZOGRAFOS Municipality as well as on a number of other designs for additional construction projects.

Since 2008 he has been a partner in Premium Property Operations, responsible for the technical management of the company.
