Concurrently, the company is registerd in public contractor's registry in Autumn 2012 in A2 class for buildings and electromechanical works, energy/industrial and road construction and in Α1 class for coastal and hydraulics.

Furthermore, PFM is registered in EDEKT (public sector's company dealing with property and construction issues of Public Insurance Funds, while is one of the ten companies that have lisence for all  4 categories (Property development, Property Management, Property Valuation and Property Brokerage in Greece). Finaly, PFM is registered as valuation company for all valuation categories according to Ministry of Finance and Economics.
